Mail is read by the studio director and the senior writer during office hours. A first note usually receives a short reply within two working days: a few clarifying questions and, if appropriate, a suggestion for a bellows hour. We do not send scope documents without understanding the brief shape first.

From Bugis MRT (EW/DT), exit toward Bugis Street and walk north to Sultan Gate. Turn west onto Kandahar Street; number 20 is on the right, third floor by the stairwell. From Lavender MRT, walk south through Kampong Glam. Taxi drop-off is directly outside the shophouse row.

We are an independent campaign studio. This page describes how to reach us, not what outcomes a engagement will produce. Market, product, and timing sit outside our control; scope is agreed in writing before work begins.

Visits are by appointment. Write with proposed times and the nature of the enquiry; we confirm by return mail. For document-only reviews, courier to the address above with a contact name on the envelope.

Substitute contacts during leave periods are named in the auto-reply when the studio is closed for public holidays. Singapore public holidays follow the official gazette; hours resume the next working day.

We do not operate live chat or messaging widgets on this site. Telephone calls are answered when the bench is not in a closed review. If you reach voicemail, leave a name and mail address; we return calls when possible within office hours.

Physical mail may be sent to the address above; registered mail is not required. Allow time for internal sorting — the plate on the street does not list our unit.

Photography on this page shows Sultan Gate at night — the walk many visitors take after exiting Bugis MRT. We do not publish interior photographs of the workroom to protect client material that may be on the bench.
